Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols and hospital policies.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans under the supervision of physicians.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress, reporting any changes to the medical team.
- Assist in diagnostic procedures and minor surgeries, particularly in ENT-related cases.
- Educate patients and families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records using electronic health systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and recovery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S.Kep) or equivalent; active nursing license in Indonesia (STR).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in hospital settings, preferably in ENT, surgery, or general ward.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) is a plus.
- Demonstrated compassion, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and healthcare software.
