Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a high-acuity setting, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Operate and maintain medical equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Document patient progress and medical records accurately and efficiently.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and post-care instructions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing license and registration in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-acuity or critical care setting.
