Responsibility
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories accurately.
- Assist with diagnostic tests, procedures, and minor surgeries, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) and administrative documentation.
- Provide pre- and post-operative care, including wound management and patient education.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and facility policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Nursing License (STR) and registration with the Indonesian Nursing Association (PPNI).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.
- Proven expertise in venipuncture, IV therapy, and injection administration.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- CPR/BLS certification and adherence to ethical nursing practices.
