As a Night Shift Caregiver, you’ll work closely with medical professionals and family members to tailor care plans that meet the unique needs of your patient. Whether you’re assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, or providing emotional support, your role is vital to enhancing the patient’s quality of life.
This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation of $4,000 – $6,000 per month, along with the opportunity to live and work in one of the world’s most desirable destinations. Responsibility
- Provide dedicated one-to-one nighttime care for an individual patient, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Monitor and record vital signs, health conditions, and any changes in the patient’s well-being.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent injuries and promote independence.
- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records of dosages and schedules.
- Support daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to implement and adjust care plans.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance the patient’s quality of life.
Qualifications
- Certification or training as a Nursing Aide, Caregiver, or equivalent (e.g., CNA, HHA, or similar).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in private duty care, home healthcare, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of patient monitoring, mobility assistance, and basic medical care.
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 7 PM – 7 AM or similar) with reliability and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented with a genuine passion for caregiving.
- Physical stamina to assist with lifting, transferring, and supporting patients as needed.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (preferred but not required for initial consideration).
