Responsibility
- Lead and manage Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations across multiple eldercare facilities in Bali.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance facility efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Oversee maintenance, security, cleaning, and support services to ensure high standards of care and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology and innovative solutions into facility management.
- Monitor budgetary performance, optimize resource allocation, and drive cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies across all facilities.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, vendors, and community partners.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IFM team to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing integrated facilities services within healthcare or eldercare sectors.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting, resource planning, and performance optimization.
- Ability to drive innovation and implement technology-driven solutions in facility management.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
