Responsibility
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations with professionalism and composure.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (local or internationally recognized) with registration in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
