Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs in compliance with medical protocols.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans for patients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records using digital systems, adhering to confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Educate patients and families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Assist in emergency situations with calmness and efficiency, providing first aid or stabilizing patients as needed.
- Uphold infection control standards, including sterilization of equipment and adherence to hygiene protocols.
- Participate in health promotion programs and community outreach initiatives to raise awareness on wellness and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid Indonesian Nursing License (STR) and registration with the Indonesian Nurses Association (PPNI).
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in basic medical procedures (e.g., wound care, catheterization, ECG monitoring).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations with empathy.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
