Responsibility
- Provide pre- and post-procedure care to patients undergoing aesthetic treatments, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Assist physicians and practitioners during procedures, including injections, laser treatments, and other cosmetic interventions.
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions to promote optimal results.
- Monitor patient vital signs and responses during procedures, intervening as necessary to maintain well-being.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and sterilize equipment and treatment rooms to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic nursing and incorporate best practices into patient care.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indonesia or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing, with a focus on aesthetic or cosmetic procedures preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient care protocols, and infection control practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical documentation.
