Responsibility
- Assist physicians and specialists in performing medical and aesthetic procedures, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and provide pre- and post-procedure care to ensure safety and comfort.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, aftercare instructions, and potential side effects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
- Prepare and sterilize medical equipment and treatment rooms to uphold infection control standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
- Provide compassionate support to patients, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to improve patient care processes and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (STR) and registration with the Indonesian Nursing Council.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in dermatology, aesthetics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient care techniques, and clinical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
