Responsibility
- Deliver professional, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing aesthetic, cosmetic, and wellness treatments.
- Assist physicians and specialists during procedures, including laser treatments, injectables, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation therapies.
- Monitor patient vitals, comfort, and recovery during and after procedures to ensure safety and optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, including skincare routines, activity restrictions, and potential side effects.
- Maintain meticulous patient records, treatment logs, and follow-up schedules in compliance with clinic protocols and regulatory standards.
- Ensure infection control and sterilization of equipment and treatment areas to uphold the highest hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patientâs goals and medical history.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients, fostering a positive and trusting clinic experience.
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a recognized nursing board (e.g., Malaysian Nursing Board, Indonesian Nursing Council, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, or cosmetic clinics.
- Experience with aesthetic procedures (e.g., injectables, laser treatments, IV therapies) is highly desirable.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to identify and respond to patient needs promptly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia or other languages are a plus).
- Commitment to patient confidentiality, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on clinic needs.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates).
