Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee electrical systems for retail spaces, ensuring compliance with Indonesian electrical codes and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to integrate electrical designs into retail infrastructure projects.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify electrical requirements and potential challenges.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for electrical installations and upgrades.
- Ensure energy efficiency and sustainability in electrical system designs to support green building initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during construction and post-installation phases.
- Liaise with local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals for electrical work.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Registered as a Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) in Indonesia or eligible for registration.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on retail, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other electrical design software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Experience with energy-efficient systems, renewable energy integration, or smart building technologies is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
