Responsibility
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees, clients, and visitors as needed.
- Conduct regular health assessments and screenings to monitor employee well-being.
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety programs to promote a healthy work environment.
- Manage and maintain medical supplies, equipment, and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
- Educate employees on health-related topics, including disease prevention, nutrition, and stress management.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers and facilities for referrals and follow-up care.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions until professional medical help arrives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the relevant Indonesian nursing board (e.g., PPNI).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse, preferably in a corporate or occupational health setting.
- Strong clinical skills, including first aid, emergency response, and health assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
