Responsibility
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with prescriptions and legal requirements.
- Provide expert advice and counseling to patients on the proper use of medications, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care and medication management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication histories and allergy information.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage pharmaceutical supplies to ensure availability of essential medications.
- Educate patients and community members on health and wellness topics, including preventive care and lifestyle management.
- Adhere to all regulatory standards and company policies to ensure compliance and patient safety.
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in pharmaceutical care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Valid pharmacist license to practice in Indonesia.
- Proven experience in a retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, dosage forms, and therapeutic uses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and patient safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work part-time or locum shifts as needed.
