Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of UPSkill training programs across Southeast Asia.
- Support the evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback collection, data analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth program delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain training materials, schedules, and communication resources for participants and facilitators.
- Monitor program participation and engagement, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
- Assist in logistical arrangements for virtual and in-person training sessions, including venue booking and technology setup.
- Contribute to the design of scalable upskilling frameworks tailored to regional needs and industry trends.
- Support administrative tasks related to program tracking, budget management, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or training coordination tools is advantageous.
- Passion for talent development, workforce enablement, and continuous learning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural, remote, or hybrid setting.
- Prior experience in HR, training, or event coordination (internships or volunteer work) is a strong asset.
