Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple locations in Bali, ensuring cost efficiency and service excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to enhance inventory management, warehousing, and distribution networks.
- Lead vendor and supplier negotiations, fostering long-term partnerships to secure favorable terms and reliability.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, order accuracy, cost savings) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, finance) to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including customs, safety, and sustainability standards.
- Leverage data analytics and forecasting tools to anticipate demand, mitigate risks, and reduce lead times.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CSCP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role.
- Proven expertise in retail, consumer products, or FMCG sectors, with a deep understanding of Southeast Asian markets.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), WMS, and advanced Excel for data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management and drive process optimization in high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with sustainable supply chain practices and cost-reduction strategies.
