As a key player in our real estate and property division, you will lead end-to-end site acquisition processes, from market research and feasibility studies to lease negotiations and stakeholder management. Your expertise will directly shape our retail footprint, ensuring we establish presence in high-traffic, high-potential areas.

Responsibility
- Conduct market research and site evaluations to identify high-potential commercial locations in Mindanao.
- Lead lease negotiations with landlords, property owners, and developers to secure favorable terms.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective sites, ensuring alignment with company expansion goals.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to finalize contracts and ensure compliance.
- Perform feasibility studies, including demographic analysis, competition assessment, and ROI projections.
- Build and nurture relationships with local stakeholders, including government agencies, brokers, and community leaders.
- Monitor market trends and real estate developments to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management for approval.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site acquisition, leasing, or real estate development, preferably in retail.
- Proven track record of successful negotiations and deal closures in commercial leasing.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to assess site viability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Mindanao and work in a field-based capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GIS tools, and real estate software is a plus.
- Deep understanding of local market dynamics, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements in the Philippines.
