Responsibility
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with regional teams to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor key financial metrics and identify trends to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Support audit processes and ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and tools to enhance reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning, controlling, or analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
