Responsibility
- Lead and manage the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international standards.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial resources to support business operations.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial audits, and other statutory requirements.
- Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
