Responsibility
- Conduct regular visits to assigned retail outlets to monitor product availability, pricing, and merchandising standards.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities (NOO) to expand the company’s market share in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in retail stores and distributors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective territory management.
- Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback, to inform sales strategies.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and resolution of any customer complaints.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, visit logs, and expense documentation.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product launches as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Familiarity with the Bali region and its retail landscape is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
