Responsibility
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Bali.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a retail sales team to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and wholesalers to expand market share.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, trends, and competitive threats.
- Monitor sales KPIs, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions with clients to drive volume and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and retail execution guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with brand campaigns and product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in FMCG or consumer products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience managing distributor networks and key accounts in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in sales analytics tools (Excel, CRM, BI) and data-driven decision-making.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
