Responsibility
- Lead and manage distributor relationships in Bali to ensure alignment with company sales targets and brand standards.
- Analyze monthly distributor inventory reports and implement strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce shortages or excesses.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in the consumer products sector.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activity, customer needs, and emerging trends in Bali’s retail landscape.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns tailored to the local market.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Train and mentor distributor sales teams to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with distributors and key retail partners to maximize profitability and volume.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the retail, consumer products, or chemical industries.
- Proven track record of managing distributor networks and achieving sales targets in a regional or territorial capacity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, inventory reports, and market trends to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and sales forecasting tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a plus.
