In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. You will work closely with distributors, retailers, and internal teams to ensure product availability, visibility, and customer satisfaction. Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets to ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, campaigns, and trade activations to boost brand visibility and sales.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor sales representatives and retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG, retail, or consumer products industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is required; additional local languages are advantageous.
