As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for mapping and developing new business territories, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. Your role will involve strategic planning, market analysis, and proactive outreach to identify and convert high-potential leads into long-term partnerships.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute territory mapping strategies to identify and penetrate new markets in Bali.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications, retail, or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market landscape (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (advantageous).
