Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in assigned regions, including Bali and surrounding areas.
  • Conduct regular client visits (both in-city and out-of-town) to build and strengthen business relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including retail partnerships and wholesale distributors.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to maintain long-term client loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and to other regions in Indonesia as required.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional local dialects are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to use personal or company vehicle for client visits.
