As a Sales District Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across Bali’s key commercial hubs, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, optimize distribution channels, and identify new business opportunities in the food and beverage sector.

Responsibility

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Bali.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners across assigned territories.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities in the food industry.
  • Oversee inventory management and logistics to ensure optimal product availability and minimize stockouts.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and trade activations.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG, food, or agri-business sector.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing large territories.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Deep understanding of Bali’s market dynamics and distribution networks.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
