Responsibility
- Manage and process sales orders, invoices, and customer documentation with high accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive sales reports, including performance metrics and regional analysis.
- Coordinate with sales teams across North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau, and Bekasi to ensure timely order fulfillment and client communication.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with logistics teams to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve administrative issues related to sales transactions.
- Develop and implement efficient filing systems for sales records and contracts.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budget tracking for regional operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales administration, order processing, or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM/ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset for resolving sales-related discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape (preferred but not mandatory).
