Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for regional operations, providing expert counsel on employee relations and performance management.
  • Implement company-wide HR programs, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and training initiatives tailored to regional needs.
  • Foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement programs to maintain high morale and productivity.
  • Collaborate with local management to address workforce planning, succession strategy, and organizational development.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and internal corporate policies across all Riau operations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to management to drive continuous improvement in workforce efficiency.
  • Lead conflict resolution efforts and facilitate open communication channels between staff and regional leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or Generalist roles, preferably in fintech, banking, or retail sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in HRIS systems and data management.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and proficiency in English is highly desirable.
