Responsibility
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across multiple branches in Bali, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion in the region.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency.

Qualifications
