In this dynamic role, you’ll spearhead influencer partnerships, craft data-driven social media strategies, and amplify brand presence through authentic storytelling. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to expand brand reach across Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with macro and micro-influencers aligned with brand values.
  • Create and curate engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels) tailored to regional audiences.
  • Monitor KPIs and ROI of influencer campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform algorithms, and competitor activities.
  • Manage community engagement, respond to inquiries, and foster brand loyalty.
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance, including engagement rates, conversions, and follower growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of successful influencer collaborations and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional Asian languages (Mandarin, Malay, Bahasa) a plus.
  • Creative mindset with expertise in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable strategies.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with excellent time management.
