In this role, you will act as a cornerstone of our regional HR operations, ensuring seamless administrative excellence and contributing to the development of our workforce.

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our organizational health by managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring accurate timekeeping, and fostering positive industrial relations. Responsibility

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for regional hiring needs.
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Oversee daily timesheet administration and attendance monitoring for regional staff.
  • Assist in Industrial Relations activities to ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal company regulations.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and exiting employees.
  • Prepare comprehensive HR reports, including turnover analysis and recruitment metrics for management review.
  • Support general HR administrative tasks and provide frontline assistance to employees regarding HR policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources, specifically in recruitment and administration.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Proficient in HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for reporting).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a regional office setting.
  • High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
