Responsibility
- Develop and execute the regional business strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion in Southeast Asia.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
- Oversee regional operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless integration of products, services, and support.
- Drive financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the semiconductor, technology, or related industries.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, managing P&L, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian market, with experience in regional business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
