Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations across all business units, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure sustainable growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior management role, preferably in construction, property, or retail industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving business targets.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and business environment is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
