Responsibility
- Lead and oversee financial operations across four countries, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and local regulations.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting with accuracy and timeliness for stakeholders.
- Optimize cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting to support business scalability.
- Ensure compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and local tax regulations.
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for financial efficiency.
- Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors to ensure transparency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in a multinational or regional capacity.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and tax compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with minimal supervision.
- Experience in the circular economy, sustainability, or service industry is highly desirable.
