Are you a detail-oriented Business Analyst with a passion for Data Governance? PERSOL is seeking a talented Regional Business Analyst to join our team in the East Region, focusing on Privacy Local Addendum Analysis and Implementation within the Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) sector. In this role, you will act as a bridge between data policies and operational workflows, ensuring regional compliance and robust data governance frameworks.
You will play a pivotal role in interpreting complex regulatory requirements and translating them into actionable implementation plans for our CIB stakeholders. Responsibility
- Lead the analysis and implementation of Privacy Local Addenda across regional CIB operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data governance policies are integrated into daily banking processes.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in data privacy compliance frameworks.
- Draft, document, and maintain detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
- Monitor and report on the status of privacy implementation projects to senior management.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings between IT, legal, and business units to align on data governance goals.
- Support the regional team in troubleshooting and resolving data-related operational issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
- Deep understanding of data governance, privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA, GDPR), and CIB workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex regulatory language into technical/process requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to navigate cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools and documentation software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced regional environment.
