Responsibility
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for real estate and renewable energy portfolios.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess asset performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate new opportunities and structure deals.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate financial risks across all assets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Implement financial controls and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in asset management (real estate/renewable energy preferred).
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and portfolio management.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, Power BI) and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in Southeast Asia or emerging markets is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work in Bali (relocation support may be provided).
