Responsibility
- Verify and process banking transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist supervisors in reviewing and approving high-value or complex transactions, flagging discrepancies for resolution.
- Maintain meticulous records of all transactions, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and securely stored.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service and finance, to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor transaction queues and prioritize tasks to meet daily processing deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance operational workflows and reduce errors.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and data protection standards to safeguard sensitive financial information.
- Stay updated on banking regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in banking operations, financial services, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify inconsistencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with banking software or ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
