Based in the vibrant regions of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung), you will play a pivotal role in expanding market reach, optimizing distribution networks, and executing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility, manage exhibitions and trade shows, and leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing approaches.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns) tailored to the Medical & Biotech industry.
- Manage channel partnerships and distribution networks across APAC to ensure seamless product availability.
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and trade shows to boost brand engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue growth objectives in key markets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Create and optimize content marketing materials (whitepapers, case studies, webinars) for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (ROI, lead conversion, engagement metrics) to refine campaign performance.
- Liaise with regional stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing within Medical, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical industries.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, channel management, and event execution.
- Strong understanding of APAC markets, with experience in distribution strategies for MNCs.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, or marketing automation platforms.
- Fluent in English; additional APAC languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are advantageous.
- Ability to travel regionally for events and stakeholder meetings (up to 30%).
