Responsibility

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores within the assigned region, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive sales growth, market penetration, and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and train store managers and staff to ensure high levels of productivity, engagement, and customer service.
  • Implement inventory management best practices to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and improve turnover rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute localized promotions, campaigns, and loyalty programs.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess operational efficiency, address issues, and provide actionable feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, landlords, and community stakeholders to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a multi-store or regional leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, financial reports, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with retail POS systems, inventory management software, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region (Bali and surrounding areas).
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
