Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple retail stores within the assigned region in Bali, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, foot traffic, and inventory turnover, and take proactive measures to meet or exceed targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor store managers and staff to foster a high-performance culture, ensuring team members are motivated, trained, and aligned with company values.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and customer service expectations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams to execute promotions, inventory management, and product launches effectively.
- Resolve escalated customer or operational issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a multi-store or regional management role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across diverse locations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in retail management software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region (Bali) and occasionally to other locations as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a significant advantage.
