Responsibility

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles across the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and role expectations.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Enhance employer branding by creating compelling job descriptions, career pages, and recruitment marketing materials.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to optimize processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles, preferably in retail or FMCG industries.
  • Proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for diverse roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, platforms (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed), and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
