Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Provide expert advice to candidates on career opportunities, market trends, and interview preparation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and placement processes.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to optimize performance and improve strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
