Responsibility
- Manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new hires and departing employees.
- Process payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance and external vendors.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and internal communications.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and office supply management.
- Support performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and maintaining feedback records.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and a customer-service orientation.
