Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic collection plans for overdue automotive loans (210+ days bucket) to maximize recovery rates.
- Recruit, train, and manage external collectors to support field collection activities.
- Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency.
- Conduct client negotiations and settlements while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, risk, and customer service) to resolve complex recovery cases.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on recovery progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities in the company’s systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in debt recovery and financial risk management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in collections, recovery, or credit risk management, preferably in the automotive or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recovery targets in a high-volume environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive client interactions.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems).
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and debt collection laws.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the Bali region as required.
