Responsibility
- Conduct proactive debt collection for delinquent accounts (up to 210 days) using approved strategies and tools.
- Analyze portfolio performance and identify high-risk accounts requiring immediate action.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement recovery plans tailored to client segments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities in compliance with company policies.
- Provide regular reports on collection metrics, trends, and recommendations for process improvements.
- Engage with clients professionally and empathetically to negotiate repayment plans and resolve disputes.
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes affecting debt collection practices and ensure adherence.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine collection strategies and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. High school diploma (SMA) with relevant experience may be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection, asset management, or financial services.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and collection best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a target-driven environment.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ethical conduct in handling sensitive financial data.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as required.
