Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients visiting the branch, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Assist clients with financial transactions, account inquiries, and service requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using company systems and tools.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch targets and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Promote BFI Finance Indonesia's products and services, providing clients with information on suitable financial solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services or banking industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling transactions and customer data.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
