Responsibility
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Support the BMS team with financial reporting, data analysis, and documentation.
- Participate in new business initiatives and cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and track transaction cycles to ensure compliance with company policies and banking standards.
- Maintain accurate records and audit trails for all financial activities.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and dashboards to highlight key financial metrics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline reconciliation processes and resolve outstanding issues.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in reconciliation, accounts, or financial operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and financial software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with internal teams.
- Ability to adapt to new systems and participate actively in project-based tasks.
