Responsibility

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and sales reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare, check, and distribute correspondences, including letters, memos, and reports.
  • Coordinate office activities, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, documents, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area and office spaces are tidy, presentable, and well-equipped.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Office Secretary, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-service-oriented approach.
