Responsibility
- Create, issue, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of wholesale goods.
- Acknowledge, inspect, and verify incoming stocks for quality, quantity, and compliance with delivery documents.
- Update the inventory database promptly and accurately to maintain real-time stock levels.
- Identify, document, and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages in received shipments to suppliers and management.
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to organize and optimize storage space for newly received goods.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly receiving and inventory reports to ensure operational visibility.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, receiving, or inventory management is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Excel and inventory management software (ERP or WMS).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with suppliers, drivers, and internal departments.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle physical tasks associated with inventory verification.
