Responsibility
- Safely operate company vehicles for the transport of goods, materials, equipment, and personnel as required.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery and collection of items to various locations, adhering to schedules and routes.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of assigned company vehicles at all times.
- Strictly adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and transportation regulations.
- Accurately complete logbooks, delivery receipts, and other required documentation.
- Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents promptly to the immediate supervisor.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid professional driver's license (e.g., Restriction Codes 1, 2, 3) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Company Driver or in a similar transportation role.
- Thorough knowledge of local road networks and traffic regulations within Cavite and surrounding areas.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and troubleshooting.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and capable of handling demanding driving schedules and occasional heavy lifting.
