About the Role

Responsibility
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality suppliers for raw materials and packaging.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure maximum cost-effectiveness.
- Manage the full procurement cycle, from processing purchase orders to tracking deliveries and reconciling invoices.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the production team to forecast future supply needs.
- Assess and monitor supplier performance through regular audits and KPIs to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on price trends and identify alternative sourcing opportunities.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date procurement records and documentation within the company's ERP system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally within the food manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and vendor relationship management.
- Proficiency in using ERP software and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
